It became an all passenger charter carrier in 2004 and moved its headquarters to Rockford, Illinois in 2006 after it was purchased by a real estate holding company. The airline had been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy since 2012. The airline announced it was going out of business effective January 11, 2013
